Fall Cleanup:

Dear Residents,
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation during last week’s fall cleanup, pruning, and watering services carried out by our landscaping team. As always, our Landscaping Director has shared photos of fall cleanup for our update report.

Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024

We sincerely appreciate the residents who have offered their time and resources to assist in organizing the event, scheduled for November 18th. Your willingness to help is invaluable to us!

To streamline the event, we kindly ask residents to RSVP for the AGM. This allows us to verify eligibility to vote in advance and ensures a smooth check-in process. On the day of the AGM, we request the attendees to present a valid photo ID and proof of address at the entrance for verification by our staff to confirm Allard residency.

After extensive coordination with EPSB, we have successfully secured the venue for our upcoming AGM.
