The mixed veggie platter exceeded expectations - savory spiced green lentils, tender cabbage and carrot curry, and brown lentils with a perfect berbère flare.
Served with Injera bread, of course!

I had an Ethiopian friend growing up, and her mom would always say “Carrie! Injera is the plate AND the vehicle”

You bet her voice was in my ear the whole time eating this!
