-To alleviate swelling during the day, use antihistamine and Benadryl at night.
-You can gently massage any visible bumps
-Avoid any intense heat areas such as saunas and hot tubs
-Do not work out for 2 days post injections
-Do not drink alcohol the day before your appointment
