What an amazing event tonight! Vertical Roots Leduc joined the Taste of the Region presented by Edmonton International Airport (YEG). Guests enjoy regional flavors from Alberta’s top breweries, distilleries, and food artisans while connecting in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our Lettuce Ambassador Extraordinaire Jessica! You see her at markets, pick up points and in the farm doing what she does best…excelling with people, and caring for and promoting our products. When you hire staff you hope you find someone who can BE YOU and represent the company you love as your own. AIR FLOW Install! This is a MAJOR piece to our vertical hydroponics system. Founder, Mike Newhook, developed these custom made air socks to correlate with our custom HVAC system to solve the problems most farms have!
Proper air movement disrupts the stagnant boundary layer around leaves, directly driving photosynthesis, regulating temperatures, and preventing devastating outbreaks in confined spaces.
