Guided meditation has been a long standing practice for thousands of years in many different cultures. It is a form of self reflection in which we meditate in response to the guidance of a facilitator, preventing the mind from wandering and enhancing the overall experience. It is so commonplace globally because of its accessibility, even allowing the more skeptical folks an opportunity to interpret their own inner monologue through a new lens.

When you visit Elevated Earth, you will be transported to a cozy, earthy space where you can allow yourself to fully relax. Gentle music, calming aromas, and symbols of nature surround you. Guided meditations can help you not only understand your subconscious thoughts and feelings, but also deal with emotional trauma, or simply allow you a chance to experience a relaxing 'brain massage'.

Each session includes a virtual consultation to establish your needs and preferences for your meditation, an optional tarot or oracle reading, and unique items to choose from after your session such as crystals, teas, bath salts, jewelry, and more.

I aim to provide an individualized and private service for my clients, emulating this ancient, ritualistic practice that so many of us do not have a chance to experience in our day to day life. I ensure that no matter your spiritual beliefs, that you have an opportunity to feel heard, understood, and accommodated during your session.
