I'm now offering workshops so you can learn how to make perfect British scones and cucumber sandwiches. We will also taste some high quality teas so you can be a true tea connaisseur!

A cute little marzipan daffodil on a classic carrot cake!

I switched up the standard cream cheese frosting for a silky smooth swiss meringue cream cheese frosting, added dates and brown butter to the cake, and layered with walnuts and Seville orange jam.

Carrot cake is such a nostalgic spring flavour! Did you grow up eating carrot cake?

I was very lucky to be able to learn how to make pastel de natas from a master at !

This deceivingly simple little pastry definitely takes some expertise to make. Many bakeries specialize and only sell pastel de nata! While it's not going on my menu anytime soon, it was definitely a fun experience learning to make this delicious treat.
