Before training begins, we take a deeper look at how each athlete is moving and performing 🏋️‍♂️📊

Why? Because every athlete is different. The information gathered helps our team create more individualized programming, identify major deficits that could impact performance, and address areas that may increase injury risk if left unchecked.

For many of these athletes, we were also able to compare their results to previous testing, helping us track progress over time and make informed decisions on what they need most as they head into rodeo season 🐂💪
