Here is something new at the Lodgepole Bakery: Kimchi is a spicey accessory for any meal where you need to add something hot. It is made out of a mixture of cabbage, green onions, grated carrots, chili peppers and salt. This fermented mixture is good for your body and your soul. It is available in a 700 ml jar as well as in a ziploc bag so you can take it home and put it in your own jar. With the jar we are charging $8, without we are charging $5. You can purchase it online now and pick it up at St. Mary’s on Thursday, corner of 68th Street and 112 Avenue between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m.

The Lodgepole Bakery is back in business as of October 20, 2022. We are a social enterprise venture that provides training, social contact opportunities and remuneration (hopefully) for people in our community. The Bakery is moving to St. Mary's Anglican Church, 11203 68 Street, Edmonton, AB, and will be selling bread every Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. each week. Bread can be ordered online (preferred) at https://www.lodgepolemarket.org. We mix our bread on Wednesday mornings so orders should be in by Tuesday night. Bread will also be available for sale on Thursdays in person at St. Mary's with cash or debit/credit cards (preferred).

Don't forget that the Lodgepole Market is open this Wednesday following our Christmas break. It runs from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at St. Faith Anglican Church, 11725 93 Street here in Edmonton.
