☺️ The past couple of weeks have been a gentle reminder that growth doesn’t always come from big dramatic moments. Sometimes it shows up in small choices.

Saying no when your energy is low.
Slowing life down.
Listening to that quiet inner voice that knows what feels right and what doesn’t.

I’ve been learning that kindness and boundaries can exist at the same time. That relationships need reciprocity. And that I don’t have to show up perfectly to be worthy of connection.
