We’re pleased to welcome Joel "Spanky" Gray Sextet for our Sunday afternoon dance. 🎶
An Edmonton-based trumpeter and music educator with more than 30 years of experience, Joel has performed with artists including Tommy Banks, PJ Perry, Diana Krall, and The Temptations. He is a regular collaborator with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and has contributed to Juno-nominated and Juno-winning recordings.
In addition to his performing career, Joel has been a dedicated music educator for decades, helping develop the next generation of musicians in Alberta and beyond.

We’re excited to welcome Jacob Do Quintet at our Sunday night dance. 🎶
Featuring: Brad Shigeta, Mboya Nicholson, Noah Gotfrit, Dan Skakun, and led by saxophonist, composer, and educator Jacob Do Music, whose resonant and nuanced sound lends itself to emotional storytelling through improvisation. 🎷
A graduate of McGill University’s Jazz Performance program, Jacob has worked with renowned Canadian musicians including Rémi Bolduc, André White, and Christine Jensen.
We’re looking forward to closing out the weekend with live music from the Jacob Do Quintet. 🤩
