These are members of the Banu Shayba family. The Banu Shayba are the guardians of the keys to the Ka'bah and the caretakers. The family is in charge of opening, closing, and washing the Ka'bah. They have been entrusted with this job since the time of Rasulallah ﷺ.
Banu Shayba are descendants of the Companion, 'Uthman ibn Talha. On the Day of Conquest, Rasulallah ﷺ gave him the keys to the Ka'bah and said, 'Take it, O family of Talha until the Day of Resurrection...'
