Last week was emPOWER Car pickup day, and getting to see the joy on the faces of these brothers as they explored and played together in their cars was such a powerful reminder of what inclusion can look like in action.
These moments matter. Access to play, independence, movement, and connection should be possible for every child.
A huge thank you to all of our incredible builder teams, partners, and volunteers who helped bring these cars to life. And we’re not done yet... more builds are happening over the next couple of weeks, with even more kids and families to come.

We’re growing! 🚀 We are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist, Primary Service Provider (ECS) to join our Early Childhood Services team in a part-time role supporting children and families across a variety of natural learning environments.
This role focuses on evidence-informed, relationship-based practice and includes supporting self-regulation, sensory processing, fine motor and visual motor development, activities of daily living, and family-centred coaching approaches. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with a transdisciplinary team to help children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
If you are passionate about inclusive early childhood development, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and supporting children through play-based and relationship-focused approaches, we would love to hear from you.
📍 Part-time: 20.75 hours/week
