It’s that time of year again! No not just the impending holiday season, but Benefits Season!

You’ve got them, so you might as well use them before (most of) you lose them at the end of the calendar year!

Along with those benefits you’ve accidentally saved up or forgotten about over the last 10 months, you’ve likely also “saved up” some problem areas, injuries, and/or general aches & pains that are in need of some work as well.
