Hello Blueberry Explosion Cookie! Our July feature cookie is baked fresh every morning. A soft, melt in your mouth cookie that’s stuffed with blueberry jam, and topped with cream cheese and a mound of fresh blueberries. A little red berry jam adds even more flavour, and a dusting of icing sugar is the perfect finishing touch.
