Any claims from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, that have not yet been submitted to your Extended Health or Dental plan, or Health Executive Spending Account or “HXSA” (formerly known as Medical Reimbursement Plan “MRP”) must be submitted to GreenShield no later than June 30, 2026, in order to be considered for reimbursement.
