Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder that mental health affects all of us, whether personally or through someone we care about. There is still stigma around talking about mental health, which can make it harder for people to open up or seek support when they need it.

Life on the road can also take a toll. Long hours, time away from family, isolation, irregular sleep, and high stress are all known factors that can impact mental well-being for drivers.

A simple check-in, listening ear, or supportive conversation can make more of a difference than we realize. Make it a consistent habit to check in on those around you even when life gets busy, on the road and beyond.
