A visit to Dominio de la Vega reminded us that great sparkling wine is all about patience ... traditional method, time on the lees and the kind of craftsmanship that turns bubbles into something worth slowing down for. Every bottle tells a story and every sip is a lesson in why Requena deserves a place in every wine lover's itinerary. We came for the cava and stayed for the hospitality.

La vie en rose this Sippin Saturday to celebrate Rosé Day
2025 Vondeling Rosé has aromas of rose petals, red currants, tropical fruits & citrus. On the palate itbis very refreshing with vibrant red berry flavours, floral undertones & candied citrus with a crisp finish.
2021 Domaine Raspail-Ay Rosé has a delicate detailed bouquet of raspberries, red cherries & hints of lavender & white pepper. On the palate it offers rich red fruit, lively acidity & deep minerality.
