November Athlete Spotlight:

It’s time to shine the spotlight on our three incredible Vibe Volleyball athletes who’ve been making waves in our Goliath programming! Having recently celebrated their first year training under the Goliath banner, we are so excited to give them the shoutout they deserve!

Meet Alyssa Allers, Carys Kushnerik, and Sofie Pysar – a dynamic trio who’ve shown nothing but dedication, hard work, and an infectious positive attitude both on and off the court. Whether it’s pushing each other during training, showcasing their incredible personalities, or lifting up their teammates, these three embody what it means to be a true Goliath athlete.

We’re beyond proud of the energy and effort they bring to the program every day, and we can’t wait to see the amazing things they’ll accomplish in their volleyball journeys! 🏐✨

Introducing our University of Alberta practicum student, Alexis!

Alexis grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan and moved to Edmonton to continue her education. She comes from a volleyball background, playing club growing up and continuing now as a coach. She’s now in the final stretch of her Kinesiology degree, majoring in sport performance. Alexis has always been interested in working with athletes and is eager to learn more about strength and conditioning at Goliath. 💪🏻
