I am very happy to get this home sold for my amazing and loyal clients JM and DM! Our paths crossed randomly a number of years ago, and I did an evaluation on this particular home for them. I identified that they needed a permit for their deck, and with them being from out of town asked if I could help. I knew they likely weren’t going to list the home quite yet, but I agreed to help them out to make it easier for them. I measured everything and prepared the drawings necessary to obtain the permit. Years later when they decided it was time to move to Edmonton, they called me to help buy a home and ultimately list this one I did the drawings for many years ago. Client never forgot about me (and always told me that) and appreciated my help back then.
