Add flair and drama to your dancing while learning the technique that keeps dips and leans safe, controlled, and comfortable.

Switch Skills: Learning Your Other Role Sunday Aug 9, 2.00 to 4.00pm
Get more comfortable on the other side of the partnership and build the foundation for smoother, more confident switching mid-dance.

Blues & Swung Rhythm: Sunday Aug 16, 2.00 to 4.00pm
Explore hitches, swung rhythm, and blues-inspired movement to add groove, texture, and musicality to your dancing.

Pre-requisite for all the above: You can confidently do WCS regular passes and whips.

Crossing Over to WCS: Sunday Aug 23, 2.00 to 4.00pm
Already have partner dance experience? Learn how to transfer your skills into West Coast Swing timing, connection, and movement. Pre-requisite: You have some partner dance background

Night Club Two is the perfect dance for slower ballads and romantic songs! It was invented by Buddy Schwimmer in 1965 because he wanted a new dance for love songs! No experience or partner required!

The Bolero is the slowest of the American Rhythm dances and combines the smooth rise and fall of Waltz with smooth Cuban Motion, It is characterized by long, sweeping steps, dramatic body shaping, and a distinct rise-and-fall action!

Level 2 Bolero will be offered "Workshop Style"! There will be 3 classes in the session, each class 2 hours long (instead of the usual 1 hour. over 6 classes format.) It is being offered as an introductory level course.

Level 3 Having successfully completed Level 2 Bolero, Level 3 explores more complex patterns, including several that are unique to Bolero. There will be 3 classes in the session, each class 2 hours long (instead of the usual 1 hour. over 6 classes format.) It is being offered as an introductory level course.
