Job Posting: Part-Time/Casual Property Manager (Tenant Placement)
Location: Edmonton & Surrounding Areas

Company Overview:

We are a well-established property management firm seeking a motivated and reliable part-time/casual Property Manager to assist in filling vacancies within our portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong understanding of tenant placement processes and a desire for flexible, results-driven work.

Position Overview:

This role involves regular travel to properties, conducting showings, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and processes are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property showings to prospective tenants

Screen and interview potential tenants

Provide regular updates on tenant placement progress and vacancy status

Travel between properties within Edmonton and surrounding regions as required

Qualifications:

Prior experience in property management or leasing is highly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel

Compensation:
This is a results-driven position. You will be compensated on a per-tenant-placement basis with payment made upon the acceptance of approved tenants.
