Quick fixes have a way of becoming permanent problems.
Take this generator enclosure, it needed a custom-built lock housing, not the basic padlock that had been holding it shut.
Same story with this perimeter gate: a proper engineered lockbox where a chain had been doing the job.
Outdoor enclosures, perimeter gates, utility access points, mechanical rooms, these are the spots where standard hardware just doesn't hold up.

This one was different.
We removed a revolving door from the front of a commercial building, put in a fixed glass wall in its place, and let the two existing side doors take over the daily entry duty.
Same opening, fewer moving parts, cleaner look.
Doors are a system. Sometimes the smartest fix is not replacing what was there, but rethinking what should be there.

Twelve hours on the trade show floor at the 2026, and what a day.
Our mini Summit door was a crowd magnet (we get it, watching a rollshutter run never gets old), and our giveaway winner walked away with a basket of locally handpicked savouries and items.

The calls coming in this spring have a pattern.
After five months of cold, automatic doors come out of winter showing their wear. Slower opens, hesitations, sensors that stopped catching what they used to.
A worn arm on an office tower operator. A control board calibration on a condo entrance. A sensor calibration on a clinic door. Three buildings, three signs caught before they turned into something bigger.
