is TONIGHT and we have one more chef to tell you about - last but not least, it's Aron Pakan from !

Aron has been with the restaurant for 9 years of his 20 year career. After graduating from the Culinary Arts program at NAIT, Aron worked his way around the world, traveling from Edmonton, to Vancouver, to the Gold Coast of Australia, back to smoking meat in the true Texas style at MEAT. We're excited to try his cherry-glazed ribs at the event 👏

Meet the Chefs of 2025: 

Chef Steve Buzak ( ) is the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Edmonton’s prestigious Royal Glenora Club . Steve earned his formal education in the culinary arts from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) as well as from The Art Institute of Vancouver. A lover of wine, he also received sommelier training with the International Sommeliers Guild and often hosts intimate dinners at the Royal Glenora Club that pair his culinary fare with various featured winemakers. 

Around Edmonton, Steve takes part in a number of producer-chef and chef-chef collaborative dinners and often participates in various competitions, showcases, and events. Steve is known to do good around Edmonton using his culinary talents by volunteering his time and skills to promote and fundraise for various not-for-profit groups. He is passionate about sustainability and works closely with a number of local farmers and producers to support local business and provide his guests with quality food and an education on the importance of buying locally.

Relentlessly motivated and hard-working, Chef Jason’s culinary career has taken him across Canada and back again. In 2019, Jason joined the team as Chef de Cuisine at Kindred Food + Drink, serving recognizable classics with a playful accent. Jason now oversees culinary operations at Braven and Alchemy as well as Kindred, working closely with trusted farmers and suppliers to showcase beautiful Alberta ingredients.
