1. Way to leave everything on the floor yesterday team and making the final Abacus a very Sweaticus workout!

3. Congrats for attending over 7️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ classes Darren! Thank you for supporting us since the beginning and crushing it everyday!
4. Who left their ginormous water bottle in the studio? Joel has it, so send him an email.
5. Congrats Taylor, our all-time leading class attendee with almost 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ classes between our two studios. Thank you for being a part of our team since the beginning and your effect on Tammy will be long lasting…
6. We can guarantee the next time you do a Tokyo Disco workout, you’ll be thinking of sushi. Thank Stacey.
7. To our most recent members… Surprise! In all seriousness, thank you for joining our team and we know you’ll continue to crush it wherever your health and wellness journey leads you.

9. The first F45 studio in Edmonton and area was nothing short of amazing! Thank you for your support all these years. The best part was the supportive community and all the fun we had. We can only hope that one day, F45 Windermere is brought back to life and our community can thrive once again.

To my 630 AM crew
You are not quite as tired as the 530 crew. You're lucky to see the aftermath of the 530 crew walk out the door, and it gives you a few minutes to mentally prepare for the workout.
Some of you roll in just as the workout starts, but we are just glad you made it!
The 630 crew never fails to work hard, encourage each other, and hand out high fives all around after every class!
