CLIENT WINS!

How I Stopped my Chronic Bloating๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

Chronic bloating is symptom of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)

Labelling healthy eating as restrictive doesnโ€™t make sense.

We live in a world where food is abundant. That means options.

You wouldnโ€™t eat food that doesnโ€™t align with your value of yourself.

Just like you wouldnโ€™t travel to countries you donโ€™t want to visit.

The most self-loving act is to abstain from things that cause us harm.

We do this for alcohol, drugs, toxic relationships and entertainment.

Processed food causes harm. Period.

Does Your Food Nourish You or Cause Symptoms?

Itโ€™s one or the other. We live in a society where itโ€™s โ€œnormalโ€ to be under-nourished but over-fed.

Therefore, Your Symptoms are Common but not Normal.

Connecting the dots between our diet and our symptoms is step 1.

Common Symptoms of nutrient deficiency and over feeding are:
Energy crashes after meals
Mood swings/moodiness linked to hunger
Rashes, acne, skin tags
Anxiety and depression

Everyone Thinks Symptoms Are Normal.

The truth is, they are ๐˜Š๐˜–๐˜”๐˜”๐˜–๐˜• not ๐˜•๐˜–๐˜™๐˜”๐˜ˆ๐˜“.

I spent almost my entire adolescence and early 20โ€™s being a victim because I thought I was a lost cause.

At 23 I was suffering from severe joint pain, anxiety and weight gain. I felt like a prisoner in my own body.

I saw multiple doctors and felt completely hopeless.

The moment that changed everything was in the emergency room.

I thought โ€œwhat am I doing here lolโ€

From that point on, I became obsessed with functional nutrition, neuroscience, metabolism, and anything I could get my hands on that would help me take control and regain my power.

As soon as a I stopped fighting ๐˜ˆ๐˜Ž๐˜ˆ๐˜๐˜•๐˜š๐˜› my symptoms and started ๐˜“๐˜๐˜š๐˜›๐˜Œ๐˜•๐˜๐˜•๐˜Ž, I got better.

All pain has purpose. Your symptoms are your body trying to nudge you, not torment you.
