GRIT is pleased to offer a variety of learning opportunities geared to the work of early childhood educators, teachers, parents, and other professionals. Interactive, online learning focuses on providing knowledge and strategies to adults who support diverse learners in the early years (e.g. preschool / kindergarten).

May we learn to sit with children in all their emotions.

In the early years, social and emotional development is the equivalent of mental health. This looks like:
* Responsive relationships with attuned serve and return interactions
* Relationships and spaces that nurture physical, emotional, and psychological safety
* Predictable environments and routines
* Nurturing positive peer interactions as the building blocks to friendship
* Acknowledging, labeling, and co-regulating with children through all their emotions

We see this daily in our coaching visits to centres; what an honour to witness educators supporting mental health in action!
