A smooth roasted tomato & red pepper soup with a hint of spice and bright, fresh flavour. Finished with a red pepper strip & fresh dill.

☆ Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake
Blueberry crumble meets sweet, fluffy cheesecake. Made with fresh blueberries and topped with a buttery oat crumble.

No special this weekend, but we’re looking forward to the Rideau Canal Nautical Heritage Festival next weekend! It should be a busy one, and we’re excited to see everyone then—or stop by and see us this week for a little Recess. 𓃬

☆ Weekend Special: Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
We’re excited to showcase our first special as the new owners— a hearty Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich! Topped with green peppers, cremini mushrooms, mozzarella, hot honey & mayo, with the option to add hot peppers for an extra kick. Served with a side of coleslaw.

☆ Soup of the Weekend: Potato Leek Soup
A warm and comforting potato soup with the subtle freshness of leeks to brighten every spoonful. Finished with a sprinkle of parsley.

☆ Nutella Peanut Cheesecake:
Made with the new Nutella Peanut spread and topped with a crunchy peanut-Nutella chocolate bark for the perfect sweet treat.

Just a quick note to let you all know that we’ll be closed this upcoming Saturday and Sunday (June 6 & 7).

On Saturday, we’ll be out participating in a community event, so the café won’t be open. We’ll also be taking Sunday for some much-needed maintenance and a little refresh behind the scenes.
