We are a growing fence installation company looking for a self-motivated working crew leader with a great attitude!

Type of work:

- Residential fencing, PVC, Hybrid, Pressure-Treated, Chain-Link, knowledgeable in all aspects of residential fencing.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of fencing experience

- Must own truck and trailer and tools

- Must be able to lift

- Ability to drive trucks with trailers safely

- Ability to manage crew time and job schedules

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and owners to whom you will directly report to

- Ability to operate auger
-Ability to lift over 50 lbs
-Ability to read utility locates
- Ability to read drawings accurately
- Ability to manage a crew efficiently (such has teach/train, delegate, quality control)

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
