We have talked with a local lady who lost TWO homes to fire. Yes you heard me right! This is the lady who had to buy an extension from her insurance company to keep her file open while she catalogued her property. Stuff happens, be proactively prepared.

On November 19, 2011 a fire engulfed a Highland Park home. The fire department was called at 12:40 PM. It was too late. The home was a total loss. Fortunately the victims were out of harm's way. On January 18, 2012 they thanked the community for their support and FCSS "for all the time they spent with us trying to get all the necessary paperwork that was needed done."
Much of this paperwork was an attempt to document all property lost AFTER it was gone (including an irreplaceable dining room table). We serve our clients by documenting before the loss.
