A couple of our crew members will be out handing out information packages on our Clear Hills County fiber optic project.

They were just in Northview Estates and will be working their way north starting today.

Expect to see Dan and Meghan stopping by if your house is along the path of construction and eligible for a fiber connection to the home.

As usual, our techs are getting a break from installs and service calls for a few days but we are still available to take calls at the office for anyone in need of troubleshooting or general inquiries.

With the amount of snowfall we have received, many people may need to clear the snow from their household roofs. When doing so be aware of your internet equipment as damage can be done if it is hit with a shovel.

In situations where snow has piled up, it can also cause signal loss for the internet. Snow will need to be brushed off to clear the area as best as possible. Take care not to hit the dish when brushing off the snow. Thank you and let us know if you have any questions.

Fairview and surrounding areas, including Bluesky and Whitelaw are currently down due to the power outage affecting our main fiber line in Fairview. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

We are starting fiber construction in the Deerhill area. DGC Contracting will be on site and handing out flyers to homes along the way. If you are located along our construction route, you may be eligible for a fiber internet connection right to your home!

We appreciate the patience with our construction crew, as they are working hard through this heatwave to help us bring better internet service to the area.
