Dear Clients,

Please be advised that we are no longer able to accept payments for your direct bill insurance policies. In the past we have accepted payment in person-cash, cheque, debit payment and e-transfer payments. We are no longer able to accept these payment on your behalf as we have no way of getting payments to the insurance companies in a timely fashion, due to the state of Canada Post and their levels of service.
If you are direct bill, you may set your insurance company up as a payee with your online banking. You may make a credit card payment with them directly as well. If you need assistance to get this set up, please do not hesitate to call the office and we will be glad to assist and answer any questions you may have.
