These customers had recently moved into a new home in a new subdivision and loved everything about it excepted the wasted space in their unfinished basement. WIth a baby on the way, they knew they needed to create more space. Working with a very strict timeline we worked together to create a beautiful and spacious living space along with a sound proofed office, exercise room and a 3 piece bathroom. We wrapped everything up and got out just in time for the baby's arrival!

Beefed up framing makes for a sturdy feel under foot! A couple extra stringers on the stairs also allows for a mitred stair tread taking the final product from good to great. Don't just meet the requrements, exceed them! 🙌

Corner tub with room for two! I love bright bathrooms, they're so inviting. Didn't need to splurge on a new vanity either, just adding a fresh coat of paint and a new countertop takes it to the next level.

Nothing like the smell of fresh cut cedar in your back yard! Why block the view with spindles when glass gives you such a clear view 🙂
