450 SqFt Deck Reskin Completed in Brampton ✅

This deck was originally built over 40 years ago, so this project was more than just a facelift, it needed proper structural updates as well.

For this project, we:

* Stripped and removed the old deck boards
* Removed the elevated garden beds from the deck
* Raised and reinforced the middle section that had started to sag
* Extended the deck where one of the old garden beds used to sit
* Installed all new pressure-treated deck boards
* Added a picture frame border throughout the entire deck
* Installed vertical trim along the sides of the whole deck
* Added all new railing
* Brought key structural areas up to code
* Replaced rotted joists and added joist hangers to the existing joists
* Installed blocking/bracing between each joist for added support and stability

All pressure-treated lumber was used to give this deck a clean, strong, and long-lasting refresh.

Huge transformation and a much safer, more polished outdoor space for years to come.

Clean, functional, and built the right way 🔨

This Front Entrance we did in 2024 in Fergus replaced old, broken stone steps with Eramosa Traditional Sanded 8’ steps, but the real fix was solving a major elevation issue. The original steps sat too low from the patio, so we raised everything to create a more natural, comfortable step up top.

We also removed and reset the interlock pavers beneath the steps for a solid base, then finished off the lower walkway with Eramosa Premium Sawn & Sanded flagstone, surrounded by white dolomite decorative stone for a clean contrast.
