Have you tried making your own jam yet? It's so easy and it's actually very healthy for you.
2 cups fresh or unthawed frozen berries
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Purée your berries, and add vanilla and chai seeds, let stand for at least 30 minutes so the chai seeds thicken your jam.
It's that easy, and keeps for a week in the fridge. If your berries are on the sour side you can add some honey. Honey will actually extend the shelf life of your jam, due to it's antibacterial properties.
