My Inner Sanctuary

It’s a wrap for our first Yin Yoga teacher training or 2024! These wonderful and naturally gifted Yoga Instructors have all successfully completed the 50 Hour yoga alliance certified Yin Yoga Teacher training.
It has been such an incredible journey to see the natural talents start to shine and everyone start to bring their unique authentic self to their teachings!!
I’m honoured, blessed and humbled to have been able to guide this training with Carolyn and Nadine.
