Self-care isn't just for humans! Klaus is living his best life—post-playtime nap in his gingerbread house, but still keeping an eye on his toys.

Had the pleasure of presenting alongside my partner in crime, Laura Oldford, on Recreation and Adapted Leisure. We explored its variability, potential barriers and solutions, and goal setting to ensure success. We also engaged in enriching group discussions about both positive and challenging experiences when participating in our favorite leisure activities.
