I am feeling so honoured and excited to have had the opportunity to photograph four very talented basket weavers so far. Part two of my trip is happening next month. For those of you unaware I was hired to photograph 8 Mi'kmaw basket weavers (and some baskets at the NS Musem of Natural History) for a publication coming out next year.

So far I have been to Summerside PEI, Bear River NS, Halifax NS, Gesgapegiag QC, and Tobique NB. Will be posting some bits and pieces from my adventures, but as you may have guessed the photos themselves will be a bit of a wait ;)
