I’ll be honest: after meeting 1,000 of you at the last 3 Gem Shows, I realized I still have so much to learn. 😅✨

I’m not a "perfect" pro—I’m a student of the stones just like you. Because I want your experience at the booth to be as magical as the crystals themselves, I’m working towards making 6 big changes to how things are done at Firelight Metaphysical:

Meaning Cards 🎴: I don’t have every property memorized! I’m doubling down on meaning cards for every stone so your intuition can lead the way when you feel a "tug" toward a crystal.

Faster Magic ⚡: Thank you for your patience in those long lines! I’m moving to a barcode system to make checkout effortless, so we can spend more time talking energy and less time typing.

The Glow-Up 💡: I’m looking at investing in professional booth lighting and a UV Blacklight Station to reveal the hidden "glow" in your reactive favourites!

The Origin Story 🌍: Ethics matter. I’m working harder to track the exact journey of more pieces—from the mines to the vintage collections I rescue.

Staying in Touch 💌: I hated saying goodbye! I’m building a new way (think QR codes and special community treats) to keep the connection going after the show ends.

Fair Energy Exchange 💎: I’ve been reviewing my pricing. While our smaller treasures are right on the mark, I’m adjusting my larger, high-end pieces ($100+) to be more accessible. My goal is to get these stones into the hands of those who need them most.

I’m learning, growing, and so grateful to have you all as my teachers.

I’d like to introduce you to a staple team member. This is Cashcot. Cashcot coming from a combination of a mascot at our cash register.

He was found in one of our trays with a broken horn and Patrick fell in love with him and wanted him by our checkout. And thus Cashcot was born into the Firelight family.
