IM&M students began their Momentum Module by volunteering at Hayes Farm. This is their second time volunteering at the farm during this program. Today's session was insightful for the students as they learned about plant husbandry. The students then worked on the farm and helped place hay on the ground to help the plants hold on to the water in the ground. Hayes Farm provided JEDI’S students with a tour of the green house and watched demonstrations of how to care for the plants being harvested on the farm.
🪴Thank you to Hayes Farm for hosting the JEDI students and enhancing the students' gardening skills.
