This morning Callum came along to help me look after a couple of clients. We trimmed a hedge at one home, cleared a trailer full of branches at another, then hauled it all off to the compost site.

But the real lesson wasn't the yard work. It was the conversation behind it: show up for people, do the small things without being asked, and always leave a place better than you found it. That's what great service looks like, and it's something I want him to carry long after the branches are gone.

He loves tagging along, I love the time with him, and the whole morning cost me one lemonade and a Boston cream donut 😂 Best money I've spent all week!
