Self-Defense Basics for Teens: Saturday, May 16th, 12:30 - 1:30. Cost: $20
Self-Defense Basics for Adults: Saturday, May 16th, 2:00-3:30. Cost: $30.
Location: Synergy Training Center, 559 Wilsey Road, Fredericton.
Both basic self-defense programs are based on functional, real world techniques to defend and escape an attack.
Developed and lead by former police-officer, hand-to-hand combat expert, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Dana Dickeson.
These programs are suitable for both men & women of all fitness levels and abilities.
All program are run in a safe, clean, and relaxed environment.
