We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and supporting children's individual needs. The Early Childhood Educator will work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure a positive learning experience that promotes growth and development.

Qualifications:
Secondary School ECE (Preferred)
Montessori background/experience is considered an asset
Criminal record and Social Development check

Location:
New Maryland

Licenses:
Driver's Licence & CPR First Aid

Responsibilities:
-Educator will be responsible for maintaining child guidance in the classroom.
-Educator must maintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanour at all times.
-Educator must be sensitive to the needs of all children.
-Educator will spend many hours standing, bending, and moving.
-Educator must love children and work well with others.
-Educator must create lesson plans that follow the NB Early Childhood Curriculum and implement them daily in the classroom.
-Educator must keep a professional attitude when interacting with other staff and parents.
-Educator will be responsible for daily and weekly cleaning.
-Educator must be willing to work with all ages and attend educational workshops/ professional development sessions.

Salary:
Based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $23.29-$27.33 per hour
