The latest numbers are in from TRREB:
🏡 Home sales dropped 23.1% vs. March 2024 — 5,011 homes sold
📈 New listings surged 28.6%, giving buyers more choice
💰 Average price dipped 2.5% to $1,093,254
🏷️ MLS® HPI Benchmark down 3.8%
Buyers are gaining more options and slightly better affordability. With potential interest rate cuts on the horizon and economic uncertainty expected to ease, we may see more confident buyers stepping back into the market.
