Guess what peeps??

I DIDN’t wait for the New Year to shed these 60 pounds after my second pregnancy. And with my last pregnancy - I’m on track to hit it again by the end of the month ❤️

Guess how I DIDN’T lose the weight ... running!

You know why?! Because weight is lost primarily in the kitchen - that’s the bottom line! And when you COMBINE that nutrition with 30 minutes or so a day with exercise, and have the SUPPORT of a small online group of women doing thE SAME thing as you?!?! Well, that is where the magic happens ❤️
