Slow roasted porchetta, cracklings, arugula and garlic aioli on soft warm ciabatta bread…🤤🤤 We will also have pork belly burnt ends, “The Killer Karen” brisket sandwich and of course the “Not too Shorty” beef ribs. Don’t walk…run over to before it’s gone!!

Well hello there! Hope you had a great weekend and got some time to enjoy the weather. (Really appreciating the natural sounds in our yard today...😊) Did you know that we also have a line of spice? Chantal and I are quite exited about them! Authentic jerk seasoning...Fleur de sel, Applewood smoked salt, and a few hand selected spice blends are currently available at the restaurant. We can also make custom blends. Let us know if there is anything we can mix up for you when visiting and we will make it happen.
