I am so proud of these wonderful singers who worked so hard on their incredible performances at the OMFA Provincial Finals this past week!

So many lessons were learned on those performance days and in the rehearsing leading up to the festival.( The knowledge is in the preparation)

How do we deal with nerves? How can I adapt to a different stage/audience/atmosphere? How do I sing so early in the morning? How do I deal with forgetting lyrics? What do I do if my voice cracks? Can I move on from mistakes? How do I tell this story in this moment? Sooooo many curveballs get thrown and you will take these experiences with you and move on with this much needed knowledge. Continually getting better and better with every performance.

Always give yourself grace and be kind to yourself. Never let perfection be the enemy of good. Keep chasing perfection but know that it doesn't exist.

I am proud of all of the work, talent and dedication I've seen these last few months. Congratulations to all.
