🎒 School just ended… but we’re already thinking ahead!

While students are enjoying summer, we’re getting ready for September and we need your help to make sure every child starts the school year feeling confident and prepared.

Through our Back-to-School Backpack Program, Links2Care supports students in Halton Hills with backpacks filled with essential school supplies, helping remove barriers so they can walk into the classroom ready to learn and feel like they belong.

✅ Gift cards and financial donations are always welcome
