It's finally that time again! Some ladies will be meeting at the studio Thursdays at 6:00 pm starting THIS week to go on a bike ride together, led by Michele!

There will be some road and trail riding.

Sharron Lounds-Dykxhoorn has some space in her Thursday 8:10 pm FLEX & CORE class! Come try it out tomorrow night!
This class is designed to strengthen and tone the upper body and core. Through targeted exercises, youβll build strength in your arms, back, shoulders, and abs while improving posture, stability, and everyday function. Expect a supportive, energizing workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.
