Be immerse in a relaxing and healing environment while embarking on a path of self-discovery and balance.

Yin Yoga is a powerful practice where we hold poses for longer time, allowing our body to completely relax into the pose, encouraging length, space and release on all levels of being.

Kristin will guide through poses where a deep connection to each chakra may be experienced.
The Crystal singing bowls produce a unique vibration that support and enhance the postures, cultivating a peaceful state of mind and ushering powerful healing frequencies within the mind body spirit.

Linda intuitively works with a variety of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls and a gong, weaved in such a way that are conducive to a sound and Yin Yoga journey.

All Are Welcome: No prior experience with Yin Yoga or sound baths is necessary. This class accommodates individuals of all skill levels, providing a gentle and transformative journey.

Please bring your own water, mat and blanket.
Bolsters, Mini Rounds, Blocks, Straps and Meditation Cushions are available at the studio.
