Are you concerned about your child’s speech or language development? The Grande Prairie Public School Division (GPPSD) is offering free screenings to help identify if your child may benefit from early support through the PUF Pre-Kindergarten program: A fun, play-based program for children with developmental delays.
Your child may be eligible if they:
• Are 3 or 4 years old (as of Dec 31, 2026)
• Will attend a GPPSD school for Kindergarten

May 15, 2026, is a Professional Learning (PL) Day — no classes will be held for students. PL days support GPPSD staff in their ongoing professional growth and school improvement efforts, helping every student succeed.
May 18, 2026, is Victoria Day, and there is no school for students and staff.
Classes resume on Tuesday, May 19, 2026
